I ordered a book mug from them. Cost over $50.00!! I know, should have shopped around before ordering, but I was in a hurry. Well, what I received was basically a clear glass mug with bumps. I was going to return it, then I got this reply "about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you.
