I reported damage to the vanity top within two days of delivery and sent pictures as per your policy. I have sent one follow up email and called customer service. It has been 7 days since I initially reported the damage and I have not been contacted by anyone at vanities depot. At the least I would expect a confirmation of my damage claim and an indication that it is being looked into. If I am not contacted soon I will have no choice but to return the vanity.
