I placed the order for the double vanity with countertops and mirrors in the middle of November. The order went through without any problems, and then I received the email saying that the product is out of stock. I was disappointed to find that out after I placed the order. In the email, it stated that I should expect to receive the product the week of November 25, but no further information was provided. I sent email asking for the status. I received the response in the next day saying that the I should expect to receive the product around December 8th. I received no follow up email after that, but I emailed again asking for the status. I then received the phone call from the freight forwarder that they are about to deliver the large and heavy wooden pallet. The product was delivered that afternoon. I then received the email with tracking information after the product was delivered. The product came in pieces but delivered without damage. I am happy with the quality of the product. The vanity is beautiful. The customer service could be better. Instead of the buyer to keep asking for the status, I wish they could have done more proactively letting me know the status especially the delivery of the product was delayed. It is not a cheap purchase. I got charged before the product was delivered.
