Vanities Depot was amazing to deal with on my vanity purchase! They had the lowest price I could find on the Internet, and they communicated clearly and often on the status of my order. Unfortunately, my vanity top was damaged in shipment (not Vanities Depot’s fault), and when I called to report this problem, the person I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. He asked me to send him photos of the damage (which I promptly did). After reviewing the photos, he offered to ship me a replacement vanity top immediately. This is the way customer service is supposed to work, but it’s pretty rare these days! Kudo’s to Vanities Depot for solving this problem so quickly and fairly!
