BAD SERVICE!!! Still being billed for cancelled order!!! We initially purchased a $2600 James Martin vanity in January 2022. Then we were informed there would be a several month delay and were offered a discount. After agreeing, we were charged the full amount BEFORE it shipped. When we cancelled the order, Vanities depot REBILLED for an item I cancelled. I have had to protest the bill twice with my credit card provider. As of today, May 23, 2022, the charge for a product I cancelled remains pending on my account. Decor Brothers billed me only after ordering an identical item which shipped within a few weeks.
