We received our first vanity in a very quick manner but it was damaged by UPS Freight because they switched the pallet to a smaller one sometime during their handling of it (no fault of Vanities Depot). When we contacted Vanities Depot, they immediately sent a new one without waiting for a UPS report. Our replacement one arrived (by a different shipping company) one week later (w/o damage)! Vanities Depot customer service was FABULOUS and our new vanity is GREAT (really nice looking and of quality construction). We have not installed it yet.
