Customer service at Colin Appleyard Bradford was great - friendly, efficient, no problems. Car was booked in, serviced and MOTd - all straightforward - and I was kept up to date with progress throughout the day. Jason Lee who managed the service for me was courteous, friendly and made the process on a busy day for me as hassle free as possible. He made sure he was there when I picked up my car later in the day which was much appreciated. Great customer service and cost was low. Thanks very much, Jason.
