My parents have had a number of cars from yourselves, and my mum told me to come join the family! ...Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish with Matthew Butterfield at Colin Appleyard Keighley Branch. I went to look for a new car on the Wednesday, after looking around all the cars we were not pestered, no one came to try talk us into anything, we were left at our own leasure which was lovely compared to most!! We found a lovely car which I wanted to test drive and with no hassle at all, Matthew got me behind the wheel straight away! A few checks and questions and a full check of my liscence etc and I was away! Everything was so smoothly done! The car is stunning! But I still had a couple of test drives from other places booked in that day, when we came back he asked how it went, I explained I loved it but had to drive another car that afternoon, there was no bother at all. He gave us a card and said to come back or call if needed. Of course I went back after driving the other cars! The service and the car it's self was stunning (suzuki vitara 4x4 estate). Placed a deposit, did a few tick box questions and away. I really needed a car ASAP, sent the ballance the next day, and from going in Wednesday, I was driving away the following Saturday afternoon! Just about 3 days later! Everything was fab, start to finish. They have some fantastic deals etc and a few other fancy add ons too! But nothing is pressured! Fab experience and me and my daughters love our new car!
