Very pleased with the customer service at Colin Appleyard in Keighley. On a Monday called about a car (unfortunately it had already been sold over the weekend). Had a chat with the business manager about my requirements & he then checked all the other Appleyard sites & came back with a perfect vehicle for my needs. Went to their site in Keighley and talked with their salesman. All terms and conditions were clearly and concisely explained and was able to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. Very happy with the vehicle & the whole buying experience
