Took my car for service on Friday 9/7/21 at Huddersfield. Greeted by the professional service team in a welcoming manner . Matt who I dealt with was organised with my paperwork ready etc , went through any problems I was having with car , we agreed a collection time etc . All went to plan as usual with the service team .Phone call informing me car was ready to collect at the time agreed. Along with Mike ,Matt and Mike are a credit to Appleyards ,their knowledge ,customer care skills and professional Manner are second to none . They do make you welcome . Not forgetting Paul Doyle ,Who serviced the car , I received a video from Paul showing pre service check .Again professional and efficient . So ten out ten to the service team ,don’t forget Appleyards you have an excellent team here
