Getting replacement vehicle on finance and passing on old vehicle, was surprisingly easy at Colin Appleyard’s. Both staff members we dealt with were very efficient and helpful, taking us through the paperwork - so much greater in volume than when we last got a vehicle - and answering our questions. No pressure at all from them, and all very professional. Customer service therefore was excellent, generous part-exchange, and altogether, a pleasant experience.
