I've never purchased a car before (always used a lease scheme) so was nervous about the process and what do if things went wrong. Matthew guided me (on a number of occasions) around the process and the different steps a new car owner needs to do. The process was as Matthew said and he is a credit to Appleyard with how he deals with a first time buyer. When the car needed a new battery it was dealt with efficiently and as promised
