Overall the service in the Keighley branch was very good - especially by the service manager. They did the work efficiently and gave the car back in sparkling condition. The only reason I haven't given top score is that some of the team were not that well informed about what was needed, but nevertheless the experience in all was very satisfactory.
I would not hesitate to have my car serviced there, or if I were looking for a new car - I would definately visit them first.
