Colin Appleyard arranged to have my car collected for its first year service which saved me time and waiting around in A-U-L until it was ready for collection. A video of the underbody service was emailed to me so I could see what was happening to my car - never had this before from any other garage! I received a phone call to tell me the service had been completed and the car was on its way back to me. Excellent customer service from a very friendly team - well worth the additional £10 for this service
