Karl the salesperson, was very helpful in explaining the different models / variants of the cars for sale. He wasn’t very pushy but listened to what car / variant / price we were after. This narrowed our options down to 2 vehicles, without his help I would probably be still looking. Once we decided on a vehicle, he valued our car, which was very competitive. He then explained all the possible extras, warranties, service plans etc without any pressure to purchase. When I came to collect the car, it had been well prepared & looked like a new car. After complete all the paperwork, a free box of chocolates, any questions I had, he had the knowledge to answer them. All the staff were very helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend & purchase from this garage again.
