I recently purchased a used Lexus CT200H from Colin Appleyard. The purchase was smooth and straight forward with no pressured sales talk (as with other dealers). The offer for my part exchange was fair (this was even increased in order to maintain similar monthly payments on car finance after adding some extras, this was extremely appreciated) and unlike other dealers did not seek to take advantage with low ball offers. Overall I have been extremely happy with the service from Colin Appleyard, particularly the oustanding customer service from Sam Fenton and Ami Sanders who have made the process very easy and enjoyable.
