Excellent customer service from Ali and Christian, knowledgeable, friendly willing to answer any questions. Warm and welcoming environment as I have become accustomed to over many years at the Huddersfield branch. Pre-collection calls and updates made the switch hassle free and efficient. A comfortable wait area provides additional comfort whilst waiting.
