I recently bought an older lower price bracket Suzuki Swift from Appleyards Ashton branch. I didn't view the car but relied on video and the description from the sales rep before collection from the Huddersfield branch. The car was actually better than described. Three months plus later the exhaust developed an issue. I made ONE phone call to discuss the fault. Two days later the car was repaired (full new exhaust) and collected. No charge although the warranty had expired. The level of professionalism, competency and customer service is quite simply, unbeatable. Superb friendly staff, even those just passing time as I walked through the door.
