We purchased our seventh Suzuki Car on 1st March 2023, another Vitara Appleyards must be doing something right for us to purchase another car from them . Well they are doing it right , we received a good deal through Ali and we were assigned to the excellent Sales Excutive that is Mr Jon Broadbent to sort the deal out . Praise is not enough for Jon who went the extra mile in providing essential info to us. Excellent customer service from Jon , efficient , good listener and straight forward. The vehicle was ready for collection on the prescribed time , excellent attention to detail on the vehicle by Jon. But what impressed us more was the following day Jon telephoned us to enquire how was the car ,any problems/questions . So thanks Appleyards again , another satisfied customer,thanks to Jon ,Ali and Florence .
