Excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, welcoming and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Matthew at the Keighley branch was very helpful all the way through the process. On collecting the car Matthew went through all the specs before letting me drive away. This is my third car from this branch and I have been going to this branch for the past 8 years, the customer service has been excellent on every visit including the mot's and services.
