The cost of my first service with you was sky high at £470 for a 2021 car. I was not informed of this cost when booking in. I wasn’t asked for permission for extras fit to my car. This is the first and last time I will be using you for servicing.
Transparency is needed in a cost of living crisis, your customers need to be pre-warned of high bills.
