I am very impressed with both my car and the service provided by Steve Sheffield and follow up emails from Jeanette Womersley and Allison Smith. I feel you care about me as a customer.
Steve showed me all the controls, twice, both when I did a test drive and when I picked it up yesterday, he was very patient and didn't rush me at all. My previous car was bought from another dealer and I was not shown anything just given the keys and drove away.
