First time with Appleyards, after excellent service for 15 years from another dealership and another manufacturer, whose product did not meet our requirements. So Suzuki gained our business, and the sales staff, particularly Dominic at Keighley, couldn't have been more helpful and patient with a customer unsure of a new make and it's features. First contact with the service staff also inspired confidence.
