We went in with a vehicle in mind and were dealt with in a polite and friendly manner. While we were dealing with a sales representative, we did not feel overly pressured. The sales representative took pains to ensure that we understood every step of the way what was being sold to us and, as we were moving from a very old car, that we understood the more computerised display and controls, including the various safety features
