Had MOT work done for a third of the guild price given. Salesman was pushing for a trade in deal on a new S Cross. Around £9,000 was the starting trade in price. When we then looked into a possible deal, the trade in dropped to £5,500 !!! Why quote offers without first researching the deals available!
Regrettably we won’t be using your services in the future.
