For service and MOT. You are very efficient and friendly. The only grievance I have is the way you have changed the way you have stopped honoring your promise that when you bought your car you would have your Mot. Free for the life of your car . I was really surprised when I had to pay for it as I had not been informed of the change. Over the last 7 years I have always had the car serviced and MOT with you but this may not now carry on. It would have been courtesy on your part to inform me of the change . I thought agreements were made to be kept. F. Lucas
