The measure of the quality of service is not when things go right because that is a client’s expectation, but when they go wrong. I cannot thank Mark and the service team at Bradford enough for sorting out a problem which arose with my car. They were quick, efficient and kept me informed. Mark also provided me with a courtesy car and I liked it so much that I bought one. Thank you to Matthew for dealing with the purchase of my new car and getting me on the road!
