On Monday I left Colin Appleyard Shipley with my second Suzuki, this is the first time when replacing my car that I have purchased the same make and almost the same model. The service, help and advice I received from Richard Bennett and others was second to none. There was a problem with the radio which no one could have foreseen but this was dealt with as soon as I realised the issue and within 24 hours the situation was rectified and all is well. 10 out of 10, many thanks
