Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Jamie (Colin Appleyard, Bradford) was polite, courteous and friendly. At all times he listened to me and treated me with respect. What impressed me most of all, was that I never felt under any pressure to buy anything. All the other members of staff I encountered were equally professional. Well done Bradford team!
