My 2006 Nissan X-Trail had a factory recall for a air bag fault. I contacted them for advice. The immediately booked my car in, I was also offered a courtesy car. But they replaced the part while I waited. Also my car was washed & vacuumed free of charge! Top service, I would have no trouble recommending them.
