I have just purchased my second vehicle from Colin Appleyard, Huddersfield. I had my first Vitara SZ5 for almost 5 years. During that time I have received excellent service from the service team, including one repair being done quickly and timely and an update of the software of the sat-nav which stopped working after about 4 years. Under my service plan I have regularly taken my car for a wash and mini-valet and they have always fitted me in at short notice. When I came to purchase my new vehicle in December 2019 I was impressed that the manager was helping the salesmen out with customer service on the shop floor. He was willing to enter into face to face negotiations directly with myself on the price and 'extras' I wanted adding to my car, a service that I have never experienced in other car sales rooms. I feel that I have been given a good deal and a fair part exchange price for my used car. Please keep it up.
