Do not trust any quoted delivery date from this company - they are not honest. They quoted 12/15 as an "Estimated Delivery Date" for a Christmas ornament. Then, on 12/15, I received an email saying that there were delays & it would not arrive by Christmas. Then I found a message about printing delays on their web site, so they obviously knew about this ahead of time - they just didn't tell me. They are "sorry" and "want to make it right", but what good is a Christmas ornament in January?
