“Upon retirement I had intended to finish transferring all my old photos into books. I had done about 12 of them already, but still had vouchers for 15 more. When I sat down to try to start another book, I learned that collage.com had shut down. No notice. No email. No offer to transfer vouchers or get a refund on the cost. This is a horrible business model. No wonder they went out of business. Shame on them for not allowing us some sort of recourse.”

“Used them in 21 and loved the product I received for my husband's Christmas gift. He loved the puzzle so much he decided to get another made only this time the quality was not great at all, so they gave him a voucher to get a new 1 made. He was looking for the perfect picture and finally found 1 just to find out the company no longer exists! So from seeing they shut down in October of 22 that means the shut down soon after giving him his voucher. I am very disappointed that the company would not give a heads up and just walked away with people's money!”
“I had several vouchers on Collage.com for Photo books. Finally got a few days off work all to myself and decided to finally finish my photo books that I had started on their website. Only to find out they closed the website October 5, 2022?!?!?! What the heck?!?! Where is the email about them closing so I could remove my photos and where is my refund?? I was a customer for years on this website, ordered a lot of photo books, etc. They did their customers so wrong!!”
“Isn't it illegal to walk off with money that customers prepaid for vouchers without any advance notice or reimbursement? Why isn't any enforcement agency, BBB, bankruptcy court, or whoever doing anything? I, too, have unused vouchers. Only consolation is that at least I didn't have a project in production when they folded, as apparently some folks did. Can't count how many times I recommended them to others over the years.....just hope they didn't listen to me!

“I have used this company for photo blankets only and had good results in the past. I have been working full time over past few years with little spare time, but have spent many hours, days of my spare time last year scanning 1000's of photos from prints in albums, to transfer onto required high quality digital copies so that i could finally get onto making the blankets that I had prepurchased vouchers for. My disabled grandsons 1st birthday, being 1 of them & our 60th birthdays being more. I am so disappointed and angry that they didn't bother to at least email me & other existing customers with notice of closure date and to use up my vouchers prior to them closing down. Have lost 100's of dollars and now have to research somewhere else to purchase these at extra cost now. I join other angry customers who are in the same boat and have just been screwed over and left in the lurch without any opportunity to get our projects finished. I really thought the owners of this company were honest and looked after their customers. Obviously I was wrong. So much for "vouchers never expire"!!”

Sorry, Collage.com goes out of business on October 5, 2022 with no refund or ability to complete photo albums prior to going out of business. Things to learn: If it is 100% Guaranteed, it is too good to be true. Collage robbed thousands of customers and BBB should look into this for prosecution.”
“Collage.com went offline permanently on October 5, 2022 with NO warning, no emails. Nothing! I just LOST hundreds of dollars in vouchers that I paid for in advance for Christmas gifts this year and Christmas cards! Disgusting! I was a 10-year customer of theirs and just like that, they closed up shop and stuck me with all of the unused photo albums, wall hangings, Christmas cards, a Christmas stocking, at least two throw pillows. All gone, just like that -- no advance notice, no emails. I would like to give them a piece of my mind for doing this!”

“I custom made a pillow for my fiancé for his birthday and when I got the email stating it has shipped, I noticed it for some reason was being sent to my grandma in ND when I live in AZ. So I contacted College right away and let them know what happened, and without hesitation; they sent me an email back within 5 minutes stating they will replace my order for free and send it to my correct address. So I let my grandma know that she has a pillow coming and is now a gift to her. Thank you so much Collage.com”
