Isn't it illegal to walk off with money that customers prepaid for vouchers without any advance notice or reimbursement? Why isn't any enforcement agency, BBB, bankruptcy court, or whoever doing anything? I, too, have unused vouchers. Only consolation is that at least I didn't have a project in production when they folded, as apparently some folks did. Can't count how many times I recommended them to others over the years.....just hope they didn't listen to me!
