“I ordered a blanket for a friend and I was shocked and pleased out how clear and beautiful the pictures came out on it. Weeks later, I then ordered an ornament for our family for Christmas which broke right away as I attempted to attach it to a fraying piece of string that was provided with it. After filling out a survey explaining what had happened, the company got right back to me and sent a replacement rushed delivery. Most companies would not have done that and it was greatly appreciated.”
“They never shipped the product blames usps. Then says can't do a refund for another 14 days and not worried about some else's christmas. The young lady from the chat ashley was ugly and rude. I did send the info to the state and bbb.”
“Do not order Christmas cards from collage.com! Quality was poor, pictures were dark, customer service to replace, Redo, refund was nil! I thought I was going to Shutterfly and ended up in collage. Trust me you won’t be happy!”
“They use UPS Mail Innovations service (probably because it's cheap). It's pure garbage. Package has dropped off radar for 11 days now. Tracking is stagnated. Contacted UPS and they told me that Collage.com is PREVENTING UPS from doing an investigation. This is absolutely nuts. Will never buy from Collage.com again.”
“I ordered face masks with pictures of your actual face. Each mask's photo is way to large for face and appears like a clown. Did not appear that way in actual order. For a gag gift okay.

“I ordered a custom white mug. What I received was a gray mug with printing so dark, I could not make out the image of the photo I submitted. They said they would reorder at no cost to me. Well, 2 days later I get notification that I will receive the new mug via UPS the next day (3 days from reorder). I thought wow!, they really are gonna make good. Well here it is 4th day since reorder. No mug. Now I get notification that it will be delivered in 3 more days. I can't recommend. Don't buy from them unless you enjoy frustration. I will be very surprised if I do receive anything, let alone anything worth having.”
“I ordered a phone case and it arrived as a gift in good quality but wrong size and I sent a request to have it exchanged. Did not receive an answer until I reported it wrong again after waiting almost a month for an answer and asked for a refund. They instantly answer but I still feel ripped off from having to pay more for shipping and knowing my boyfriend who is overseas did not receive a good gift on our first anniversary.”
“I have used this company many times for canvas prints from my trips, which I have all over my house. The pictures always looked nice. Unfortunately I will no longer use this company because yesterday I discovered that their products do not last. A canvas image that I purchased in 2017 literally fell apart and started sliding down my wall. Fortunately I was there and was able to grab it before it fell to the floor and damaged anything else. The glue strip that they used to attach the back completely failed and the entire back of the picture came off. It's meant to be a piece of art and it should certainly last much longer than that 4 years. I contacted them and they said that they only warranty their products for 3 years. For something that expensive ($140 list price), I definitely expected better quality. Do not use them for anything that you want to last.”
“Placed an order, waited 3 days for order status emailed customer service and was told they found my order and would get back to me in 72 hours. Unacceptable . scary online company beware.”
“The quality of fleece is extremely cheap. There are dark spots and black line on the reverse side of blanket. Something that cost over $100 should be much better quality. The blanket looks like I paid $20. I’m ashamed to give it as gift”
“We were on a rush to have a photo blanket made before any of my relatives beat me to it. They produced a very nice blanket and were able to ship it within 48 hours. The party who we shipped it to said it was excellent quality.”
“sI have bought over a dozen canvases smallest being 16x20 and largest 30x40. I upload high resolution jpgs and Collage has always printed beautiful canvases. I also orderd several 50x60 cozy fleece photo blankets that also were very satisfactory. One was not, my fault, I inadvertantly sent in a bad image. Called support and they had me send in a new image, reprinted the blanket and sent it to me at no charge. They have alway processed my orders quickly and shipped well packaged promptly via UPS. I always wait till they offer special deals/discounts and have been 100% satisfied.”

“First time buying from collage.com. I bought a queen size sherpa blanket and it's perfect. I freely sized and positioned each picture on the blanket and they printed it exactly like it is. I was worried some of my pictures will look bad because they're pictures of my black cat and some pictures weren't the best quality, but it turned out beautifully. I hanged the blanket on my wall.
I also purchased a notebook, I love it. I also purchased prints and they use great quality photo paper. I'm so happy.”

There was a printing error on some of my bulk order, and when I wrote them the customer service was fantastic! They reprinted the order immediately. I really appreciate the fixing of a problem!
