I ordered a custom white mug. What I received was a gray mug with printing so dark, I could not make out the image of the photo I submitted. They said they would reorder at no cost to me. Well, 2 days later I get notification that I will receive the new mug via UPS the next day (3 days from reorder). I thought wow!, they really are gonna make good. Well here it is 4th day since reorder. No mug. Now I get notification that it will be delivered in 3 more days. I can't recommend. Don't buy from them unless you enjoy frustration. I will be very surprised if I do receive anything, let alone anything worth having.
