I ordered a blanket for a friend and I was shocked and pleased out how clear and beautiful the pictures came out on it. Weeks later, I then ordered an ornament for our family for Christmas which broke right away as I attempted to attach it to a fraying piece of string that was provided with it. After filling out a survey explaining what had happened, the company got right back to me and sent a replacement rushed delivery. Most companies would not have done that and it was greatly appreciated.
