I ordered a phone case and it arrived as a gift in good quality but wrong size and I sent a request to have it exchanged. Did not receive an answer until I reported it wrong again after waiting almost a month for an answer and asked for a refund. They instantly answer but I still feel ripped off from having to pay more for shipping and knowing my boyfriend who is overseas did not receive a good gift on our first anniversary.
