They use UPS Mail Innovations service (probably because it's cheap). It's pure garbage. Package has dropped off radar for 11 days now. Tracking is stagnated. Contacted UPS and they told me that Collage.com is PREVENTING UPS from doing an investigation. This is absolutely nuts. Will never buy from Collage.com again.
