I custom made a pillow for my fiancé for his birthday and when I got the email stating it has shipped, I noticed it for some reason was being sent to my grandma in ND when I live in AZ. So I contacted College right away and let them know what happened, and without hesitation; they sent me an email back within 5 minutes stating they will replace my order for free and send it to my correct address. So I let my grandma know that she has a pillow coming and is now a gift to her. Thank you so much Collage.com
