Upon retirement I had intended to finish transferring all my old photos into books. I had done about 12 of them already, but still had vouchers for 15 more. When I sat down to try to start another book, I learned that collage.com had shut down. No notice. No email. No offer to transfer vouchers or get a refund on the cost. This is a horrible business model. No wonder they went out of business. Shame on them for not allowing us some sort of recourse.
