Ordered a personalized blanket for my mother for Mothers day. Received the blanket 2 days late and the wrong family on the blanket! They sent me someone else's family gift. The agent would only resend hopefully the corrected blanket and guarantee it by June 30th! A month and half later! No compensation, no accountability, not even an apology. Will not do business with this company again.
