I ordered a product from collage.com on 7/6. My moms birthday was on 7/13. I knew I was cutting it close, but the reviews were good.
On 7/10, I received notification that my order was shipped. Whew! In time for mommas birthday. Nope. Here it is, minutes away from 7/21 and no tracking data from ups.com. Nothing. No package, no updates and no birthday present. Should have went with my gut and ordered from Shutterfly.com.....but shame on me, I wanted to save a couple of dollars. Shutterfly, no matter what, has always delivered
