Clothes are ok. The glitter on my Trixie dress washed off after just one washing. The most appauling is their return process: you have to pay the postage yourself and for the heavy clothes it's often twice as much as what they paid (£12 when it was originally £5.50). Not to mention that you only have 14 days to return your clothes rather than the usual 28. Because of all this I won't be shopping with them again.
