“The quality was absolutely terrible and cheap on every item I have held in my hands. Also terribly fitting if you are not very tall, with a very long torso. I don't know how they can charge these prices for fast-fashion clothing of way way worse quality than Zara. I also don't know how you find so many influencers singing their praises, and no one mentions this.
You have to pay for the return of the items, so beware if you are not from the UK, as this will be expensive. Also incredulous to find that they have not increased their 14 days for refund policy in light of the current pandemic. If you can't leave the house, you better have someone to go to the post office for you so you can get the refund. I would do not want their store credit option, because I do not want to purchase anything from this brand again.”
“Clothes are ok. The glitter on my Trixie dress washed off after just one washing. The most appauling is their return process: you have to pay the postage yourself and for the heavy clothes it's often twice as much as what they paid (£12 when it was originally £5.50). Not to mention that you only have 14 days to return your clothes rather than the usual 28. Because of all this I won't be shopping with them again.”
“Beautiful clothes, great customer service and very fast delivery. Delivery is via DPD which can seem expensive but its easy to track and in most cases your package is with you next day. Quality of fixings can sometimes be a bit shoddy - zips and buttons fall off - but these are superficial and easily remedied.”
