I placed an order (For Christmas things). I was told Sat. that the entire order was held up for one item being on back order. The rep cancelled the back order item and said my order would arrive in 2-3 days (by today, Wednesday). I checked their site and my status again...still not shipped. I called and was told that first, their expedited shipping is their standard shipping method and I'd receive it in 7-10 business days (AFTER Christmas). I told them to cancel the entire order and DON'T ship anything! I don't want it any longer and I'll go elsewhere to purchase the items I ordered. She said it couldn't be cancelled after saying it had not shipped yet, because they already charged my card and low and behold, on Sunday they charged my credit card $148. It is still in a pending status so I can't file a dispute to have the charge reversed. I will never order from this company again. Lied to, and when you pay for expedited shipping it should be just that. Not "their" standard 7-10 business days. Ugh!! So upset!
