Purchased a couch cover that was damaged upon arrival. I called the company for a refund. 2.weeks later they sent another one to replace it. I contacted them again
They said to mail it back which I did
It took over 2 weeks for them to put the refund back in my bank account. Most companies will refund your money within 24 hrs. I will never purchase from this company again
