My wife ordered a pair of shoes that had a Velcro closure that didn't close.
I called for a return label which they told me would reduce my refund by $11.25.
So this scammer sent me bad mdse and charges me with a long distance phone call to ask for a return label and charges me for the label, too.
What a dirt bag company!!
