Placed order online, 15 minutes later tried to change or cancel the order. Told I can't cancel but can return entire order once it is recieved. Cost $11.99 plus tax for return label to return, only because they wouldn't cancel the order. The statement 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a big joke.
Be sure your order is right before placingthe order. You cannot cancel without it costing you
