I have no idea how good the record I bought was it was sent to a friend for Christmas but the customer service I got from Collide was *wonderful*. I initially sent the record to an address that didn’t exist (oops!) and when I called about it I was able to talk to someone right way and they sent the package back out as soon as it got back to them. I was extremely grateful and it got there just in time for Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough!
